Thank you for shopping at Ryvre Botanical Apothecary. We hope that our handcrafted skin care elixirs and teas inspire you to take exquisite care of yourself. We use only the finest natural ingredients, including organic cold-pressed oils, organic botanicals and local honey and beeswax.

Our products are free of chemical additives and synthetic scents. They are designed to harness the power of nature to give you a pure and wholesome glow.

We make it a priority to package our products using recyclable and reusable glass jars and reusable metal tins, in order to reduce packaging waste, and we ship using CareMail eco-friendly products. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.


All prices are in US dollars. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.


Our goal is for our products to reach you in the safest, most efficient way possible. All orders ship with tracking numbers via a choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. 

Please note that upon receiving payment, your items will ship within 5-7 business days. Many items are made to order, and we thank you for your patience! Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than our standard, we will let you know.

After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, we are happy to accommodate! Insurance up to $50 is automatically included in USPS Priority Mail shipments. 

If you are ordering from outside of the US, you may contact us with the details and we are happy to prepare a custom shipping quote. For international orders, please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system.


If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.  Please contact tanna@ryvrebotanicals.com to report non receipt or damage and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.  If the product is damaged in transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos ofdamage.  We want you be 100% content with your purchase.

We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of hopes and expectations.  If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for a store credit please contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase.  We will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid, though not the cost of shipping.  The product must be returned in a securely packaged envelope or box with the original packing slip or receipt inside.


It is important for you to be aware of your skin's sensitivities before using any of our products. Though we use only gentle and natural ingredients, please proceed with caution if you are at all concerned about your skin's reaction. Those who are pregnant or nursing should consult their doctor before using any product containing essential oils. Our products and the information on these pages are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition and are not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician.

Also, please note: because our scrubs do not contain any preservatives other than the naturally preservative qualities of honey (which only work in a dry environment), they may require a little extra mindfulness from the user. To keep your scrubs sprightly, please dip into them with a clean spoon and try to avoid introducing moisture into the jars. With a little tender care, they will last until you use them up! Balms and butters have a shelf life of about a year, if used frequently.
